Location: Papadianika village area, Municipality of Monemvassia, Laconia, South-East Peloponnese.
There is a picturesque old chapel and the slopes of a local mountain just outside and above this parcel of land.
Below the parcel of land, at a short distance, the first houses of the village of Papadianika start, while also the village,
the valley of the Molai region and the broader landscape and the sea of the inner Laconic gulf spread out.
The popular local Plytra beach is at a distance of about five kms from this parcel of land while the
long beach of Charakias is a distance of about nine kms.
Type of land: Olive Grove on a hillside, with about 100+plus olive trees, with a few other trees
(fig, pomegranate, almond, cypress, eucalyptus and other trees).
Plot Area: 13,600 square metres or 1.36 hectares, on a number of levels.
Irrigation: The part of the plot covered by olive trees is supported by a network of water pipes. Irrigation water is supplied and charged by a local water supplier.
Connection by road: There are two roads linking this plot to the village.
A) One road, either asphalted or cemented, coming through the upper part of the village.
B) A second road coming from the asphalt road which links Papadianika village with Demonia village.
This road connection is rough and longer, though it provides good views over the local landscape.
The present legal owner and seller acquired this property through two notarial deeds thirty years ago, in June 1994.
Then, he could lawfully build houses on either or both the two parcels. He never applied for any building permit.
He opted to run the property as an (uncertified) organic olive grove.
He has planted olive trees and also fig, pomegranate and carob and other trees.
Price for its sale: Seventy Thousand (70,000) Euros, or the equivalent in Sterling Pounds.
