This off-grid country house is set on the mountains of Casentino, at the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Florence. The building (150 mq) can offer up to five bedrooms and is totally independent from the grid: Electricity is generated by a small photovoltaic system, while water is supplied by a spring in the property and collected by two cisterns. The forest around the house (6.2 ha) provides wood for the heating and ensures great privacy.
The closest services are located just 3 km from the property (but the road is only traversable with an off-road vehicle). Other Tuscan cities can be reached easily from the town. The closest airport is in Florence (73km; 1h 10’) and can be reached via the Consuma pass.

- Basement: Two rooms currently used as storages (potentially two independent bedrooms) and a bathroom, all with direct access from outside;
- Ground floor: Entrance into a spacious living room with dining area and fireplace, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and stairwell;
