Disposal terms

Office charges include:- rent, external site and building maintenance, building insurance, heating costs, electricity costs, water, sewerage, waste collections, alarm security, cleaning to common areas, Vat, use of furniture, kitchen, wc’s and one dedicated car parking space.

The provision of one telephone line to each office through a patch panel will be the responsibility of the landlord.
