All of the common areas have been fully refurbished. At first floor there is a landing with W/C and then access to the first floor space. This is fitted with kitchen (incl. Boiling tap) and a large amount of built in storage. The desks are laid out in a central configuration with floor boxes underneath for power. The space is lit by LED spot lights and there is a stunning parapet window to the corner.
Further stairs lead to the second floor with further landing and W/C. The office is roof space with slightly sloping ceilings but a more flexible layout due to less built in storage. A small brew point is situated in one corner of the space. Again, lighting is LED spot lights.
