My name is Alex Clarke, let me tell you all about it and if you want to take a look you can give me a call. Llwyn Harlech is within walking distance of Glan Clwyd Hospital, I would guess about twenty minutes walk, and about two or three minutes by car.
The house is a mid terrace. It has parking for two cars at the front and a little easy to maintain front garden. The front door takes you into a small vestibule that leads into the living room. There is wood laminate flooring in both the living room and the kitchen diner. The house has double glazed windows and gas central heating (combi boiler, instant hot water). The kitchen has fitted units and an electric hob and oven and under the worktop space for a washing machine and perhaps a dishwasher. The ground floor is delightfully extended with a Conservatory (with a small wall mounted heater). The back garden is easy to maintain.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower over the bath.
Kitchen 260cm x 345 cm (to base units that are 60cm deep). Living Room 420cm x 300 cm. Conservatory 250cm x 295cm.. Landing 110cm x 105cm. Back bedroom 280 cm x 330cm to fitted wardrobe 7cm. Front bedroom 280 cm x 350 cm to 53cm fitted wardrobe. Entrance hall 120cm x 120cm
