Our price is based upon modern student rooms – all with double beds and en-suites – we give the student exactly what s/he wants without adding amounts on for fancy gyms, cafes, games rooms etc. We give a modern fully furnished/equipped, luxury city centre apartment knowing that the student can pay for the extras in town on a pay as you go basis. In fact we can get you discounts from the City Centre Gym and entry into bars and clubs through our relationship with the local city businesses.
Have you experienced speaking to agents who will speak to the Landlord who will get back to you and nothing ever seems to happen? With us, you have a direct number for the Landlords Office and therefore will not need to deal with agents or any 3rd parties. Your issue will be dealt with in a fast and efficient manner. You need to ‘work hard’ and ‘play hard’ without having the need to be stressed out about living issues – we will take all that away and give you an apartment you will want for your final years as a student.
As we care for the welfare of our students we have a 24/7 security patrol company who will assist with any safety concerns or if there is unfair disturbance from other students. If you have forgotten or lost your key then just call security patrol who will do the proper id checks and let you in. If you are being disturbed by a party or loud music in the middle of the night then just phone security who will sort out the noise-makers. We know that internet is vital so we have a dedicated locally based Virgin media technician whom you can call directly on his mobile should you have any internet issues and he will pop round to sort anything.
