The maximum occupancy of each room is 1 person, barring two studio rooms which can sleep 2. There is a single or a double bed in each room and the bathroom is fitted with an enclosed shower. The hallways and corridors are shared between guests and there is a large communal kitchen available to use. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven and microwave, along with a large range of cutlery and utensils.
Each room is fitted with a flat-screen TV and offers complimentary coffee and tea. There is also an iron and ironing board in each room, as well as a hairdryer. The entire house is fitted with heating to ensure a good night's sleep throughout the winter months. There are also two washing machines and dryers located in the communal areas.
