It has mains water, septic tank, oil-fired central heating system and there is a superfast Wi-Fi router connected to the house hub.

It's situated in a stunning rural location looking out towards Dartmoor. The owners live in the main part of the bungalow and operate a small, high quality holiday lodge business on site.

The property is centrally heated via the boiler in the owners' part of the bungalow and a portable gas fire is supplied if required for supplemental heating in winter, the tenant being responsible for refilling the gas bottle.

Portable electric heaters are not permitted.

The kitchen has built-in oven and hob and ample cupboards and worktops with a tall fridge-freezer and microwave. It forms half the main room with the lounge and dining area forming the other half.

A large smart TV is provided if required.

There is a small garden space accessed from a door from the lounge or through a gate next to the parking area, it's well screened with hedging.
